OS X: -AppleLanguages (fr) doesn't affect NSSharingServicePicker's menu items

If you use -AppleLanguages (fr) in the Launch Arguments of your scheme, your whole UI will be in French. Nonetheless, the NSSharingServicePicker items will stay in the currently selected languages on the system.
