Xcode-6.4 (6E7): Swift.MirrorType should include a dictionary of associated types

Summary: Right now, through Swift’s runtime reflection capabilities, there’s no sane way to get the associated types of an object/type. A nice way to provide that would be through a dictionary of associated/generic types provided via MirrorType.
