iTunes has unfinished downloads

Summary:
I have 4 unfinished downloads for TV Shows and Movies I bought long time ago. I already downloaded and watched them, but for some reason I can see some of them stuck, screenshot attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure how this happened. I've been downloading movies and shows to watch them in the bus.
Activating Eding mode doesn't help.
