Summary:
I was watching a WWDC video and paused it on my iPad. Then I received a Facetime Audio call on my iPad and iPhone which I declined on my iPhone. Suddenly video playback on my iPad started again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open WWDC App
2. Start some session video
3. Pause the video
4. Get someone to Facetime you
5. Decline that call on your iPhone

Expected Results:
Call should get declined, nothing happens

Actual Results:
The playback on iPad starts
