CoreLocation delegate methods not called

 
When i range for beacons the ios not trigger the startRangingBeaconsInRegion, only start after disable and enable bluetooth. When in is rangingBeaconsInRegion sometimes the array of ranged beacons are empty even with one or more beacon near to device.
If i leave a beacon region the didExitRegion event is not called.
This append in ios 10.2 in iphone 5s and iphone 7. I test in iphone 6s with ios 9.3 and everything works fine.
