Graphical glitches in Xcode 9 Simulator

Summary:
In Xcode 9.0 beta 2 (also in beta 1), the iPhone simulators contents has a lot of graphical corruption and the screen seems to "shake" and be off by a couple of pixels after animations/ scrolling when running on a 5K monitor.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the iPhone simulator for Xcode 9.0 beta 2
2. Go to Settings.app
3. scroll the screen around

Expected Results:
- Smooth scrolling

Actual Results:
- parts of the simulator contents screen seem not to get updated correctly
- contents seems to shake
 - graphical corruption occurs in the simulator's screen

Regression:
Didn't happen in Xcode 8.

It's happening in Xcode 9 beta 5 with MacBook Pro Retina.
