June 29 2017, 11:40 PM Attached are these: First "sysdiagnose 1" was taken after setting display to 100% brightness manually. Then I rebooted, and the display brightness was reset to 50%. Then I directly took the "sysdiagnose 2". Please note: AFTER taking these two sysdiagnoses, I also tried this: I shut down macOS. When turning on the Mac, I held Option+Cmd+P+R, and the sound jingle played, acknowledging that the NVRAM was reset. But when I repeated above steps, the display brightness was still resetting to around 50% after reboots, and did not persist.

June 29 2017, 8:35 PM This needs two set of sysdiagnose One collected while brightness is set to user preferred level The other collected when brightness auto reset.

To provide sysdiagnose output from the affected system(s):

Please collect this either while the issue is occurring, or as soon after as possible (for example, take it after a reboot if necessary). Plea

se let us know what you were doing that caused the issue, so we can correlate your actions with the diagnostic output in sysdiagnose. Please try to focus on one or two actions that cause an issue. If you perform many different actions, it will be difficult for us to determine which action caused the sysdiagnose output.

Note the date and time of the failure also, please.
