10.13 (17A306f) macOS freezes

Summary:
Every now and then, the entire system will freeze out of the blue. The mouse cursor can still be moved, but nothing reacts on clicking. No keyboard presses work either.

Steps to Reproduce:
I cannot provide these. I have used Safari and Parallels Desktop while this happened, multiple times. I am unsure which app or service causes the behaviour.

Expected Results:
System should run stable.

Observed Results:
System hung, see above description.

Notes:
The attached sysdiagnose was taken after a hard reset.

August 2 2017, 12:17 AM Dear Apple, this issue appears when Parallels Desktop is running. When I leave it off, macOS runs stable. Shall I open a new bug report for this specific case?
