Unable to delete rejected app

Summary:
If I create a new app on itunes connect, and the app is rejected before it gets into the app store, I am unable to delete the app from my itunesconnect account listing

Steps to Reproduce:
Create new app
Submit for review
Review rejects the app
There is no way to delete this app

Expected Results:
There should be a way to delete apps that never make it to the app store

Observed Results:
There is no way to delete the app

Additionally, you can always reuse the app record with a different app name. We are now closing this bug report.
