Summary:
Apps will not register to Sync module.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install iOS 11.2.5 release build on iPhone
2. Install SDL enabled app on iPhone (FordPass, SpeedPass, Spotify, Pandora)
3. Connect iPhone to Sync module via USB
4. Launch SDL enabled app

Expected Results:
All relevant apps should register to Sync module.

Actual Results:
All relevant apps did NOT register to Sync module.
