Can't connect to AirPods on iPad Pro 9.7"

Summary: I try to go to control center to tap on my AirPods from the music widget and it doesn’t show the AirPods. I also go to the bluetooth menu and tap AirPods and it tries to connect and says out of range. My other iOS device (iPhone X not on beta) and iMac don’t have a problem connecting. I’ve tried to restart the device and power cycle bluetooth and neither work. Steps to Reproduce: Put on AirPods, try to long press on music widget in Control center and try to select AirPods as output device Expected Results: AirPods are listed and I can select them. Actual Results: AirPods are not even listed. Version: 11.3 (15E5189f) Notes:
