Summary: When opening the app switcher out of an app on iPad, the blur animation appears twice resulting in a flickering effect. This can also happen when you return to the app out of which you opened the app switcher by tapping it again. Always reproducible, iOS 11.4.1, iPad Air 2, German language localization Steps to Reproduce: Take iPad, open app, open app switcher by swiping up. Expected Results: Blur animation in app switcher should look good. Actual Results: Blur animation in app switcher flickers.
