In the German locale, "Beckenschwimmen" (indoor pool swimming) needs 2 lines and consequently cuts off the label below it.

We cannot reproduce.

Cannot reproduce on Watch Series 2, 38mm, watchOS 5.1.1.

The layout on the watch series 4 is the same as on the series 2 watch.
