Xcode: Commit Window not remembering my choices when closed

In the commit window when I make some decisions like unchecking a file or a chunk, I can then only do "cancel" and thus the choices are made are not persisted. It would be good to have a "Close" instead of Cancel and ask if selection should be discarded.
