The DistributionSummary.plist appears to be missing information

Summary:
The "DistributionSummary.plist" seems to be missing the values of "SHA1", "dateExpires" and have the value of "Unknown" for "type" of the "certificate" key dictionary. The "entitlements" and "profile" objects are also missing when using `xcodebuild` that comes with Xcode 10.1

Steps to Reproduce:
Run `xcodebuild -exportArchive -archivePath HelloWorld.xcarchive -exportOptionsPlist exportOptions.plist -exportPath export -allowProvisioningUpdates`

Expected Results:
The "DistributionSummary expected.plist" (as created by Xcode 10.0
Build version 10A255)

Actual Results:
The "DistributionSummary_actual.plist"

Version/Build:
Xcode 10.1
Build version 10B61
