Play icon in Xcode playgrounds shifts position when you hover it - you're welcome, it's now ruined for you too

Summary: The play icon should not move when it is hovered. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a playground, hover the play button or the stop button above the bottom drawer 2. Watch the icon shift 1pt right and 1pt down ish. Expected Results: No shift Actual Results: Shift Version: 10.1 (10B61) Notes: My eyes.
