Filter out TIC Read Status and nw_protocol_boringssl_get_output_frames logs

It makes it very hard to follow what is happening in Xcode console when there is a flood of TIC Read Status and nw_protocol_boringssl_get_output_frames logs. It would be very helpful to be able to filter these out.
