BPF reads no packets when using DLT_RAW

When using DLT_RAW with BPF on a device that claims to support DLT_RAW, no packets are read. Using the default mode works fine. Example C program attached. If you remove the "v = DLT_RAW;" line, you'll see that it works fine.
