No Edit Button In iTunes Connect for In App Purchase Setup

When setting up In App Purchase items in iTunes Connect, there is no way to edit the details if the application is listed as free.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Setup a free application in iTunes connect.
2. Create an in app purchase item for this free app.
3. Save the item.
4. Go back into the item, and there is no way to edit it at all.

Expected Behaviour:

In app purchase items for free apps should be editable, as they are for paid apps.
