Pages: Full Screen runs on wrong screen

I have an MBP with 1440*900 internal display and 24" 1920*1200 external. I open a document and put it on the 24" display. I Enter Full Screen. Pages hides the background on the 24" display. Pages turns the internal display black. Pages slides the document to the smaller internal display. Pages wipes the document from the 24" display. 1) Pages shouldn't move the document to another display in Full Screen -- it should use the one I put it on. 2) Pages shouldn't take so long (2-3 sec on a 2.4GHz dual-core 4gb Mac), or 4 distinct steps to enter Full Screen mode.
