Summary:

Mail.app's custom mail header display no longer works.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Mail.app preferences.
Select the "Viewing" Tab
Set the "Show header detail:" drop-down menu to "Custom…"
Set the list of headers to something like:

  From:
  Subject:
  Date:
  Reply-To:
  Security:

Close the sheet and preferences pane and return to the normal mailbox overview.

Expected Results:

The headers specified in the sheet should be visible in the Mail preview pane.

Actual Results:

The only header that seems to appear is the Security: header.
Also, it is not possible to change the order of the headers in the preferences pane (sheet).

Regression:

I'm not sure if this worked in 10.5, but I have used this feature in the past and it did work.
