Submenu does not work in FinderSync extensions

Summary:
I'm trying to crate a cascade submenu for FinderSync extension, and I get the parent element without the "submenu" activity.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install XCode
2. Create FinderSync Extension (firstly create an OSX App, then create a new Extension target) 
3. Modify the code to attempt to create a cascaded submenu - perhaps using attached example screenshot .

Expected Results:
Cascaded submenu - right arrow after item name activating additional menu. 

Actual Results:
Item is present, but does not work as a submenu - see screenshot.
