Summary:
Clicking "Home" grid icon in Accessibility Preferences Pane fills the Console's log with errors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open System Preferences
2. Click on "Accessibility"
3. Click on the grid icon to go back to System Preferences home (it's immediately to the right of the back/forward buttons.

Expected Results:
The user sees System Preferences home and Console has no serious error messages

Actual Results:
Console gets swamped with over 70 lines of error logs saying "This is a serious error. This application, or a library it uses, is using an invalid context and is thereby contributing to an overall degradation of system stability and reliability. This notice is a courtesy: please fix this problem. It will become a fatal error in an upcoming update."

Version:
OS X 10.10.5 (14F27)
Darwin 14.5.0

Notes:
Unsure if additional, 3rd party preference panes could be the blame or not, but if it matters the ones I have installed are:
1. Backblaze Backup (Shown)
2. Java (Hidden)
3. Logitech Control Center (Shown)

Configuration:
Macbook Pro 8,2
8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Ram (User installed)
480 GB Solid State SATA Drive (User installed)
