UINavigationController during peeking should use low height navigation bar

Summary: UINavigationController during peeking should use low height navigation bar, as if there is no status bar above it which is true during peeking. Currently even if returning true from prefersStatusBarHidden can not get low height navigation bar during peeking. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch sample app 2. 3D Touch to peek & pop.
