Audio doesn't resme after keyboard dictation

Summary: After dictating using the keyboard audio that was playing doesn’t resume. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Play audio in the background. 2) dictate using keyboard. 3) finish dictation. 4) Audio doesn’t resume playing. Expected Results: Audio resumes when dictating is finished Actual Results: Audio playback is not resumed after dictation playback
