CGImageCreateWithMask broken on iOS 10 beta 3

Summary: When using CGImageCreateWithMask on iOS 10 beta 3, it produces an empty image. The same code worked in earlier iOS 10 betas and works in iOS 9.3.3. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run the attached sample project on an iOS device or in a simulator running iOS 10 beta 3 (14A5309d) Expected Results: There should be a masked image on a blue background Actual Results: You only see the blue background Version: 10.0 (14A5309d) Notes: I've attached a sample project and two screenshots showing how it looks on iOS 9.3.3 and on iOS 10 beta 3. Configuration: iPhone 6s, iPad Pro 12.9" Attachments: 'MaskIssue iOS 10 beta 3.png', 'MaskIssue iOS 9.3.3.png' and 'ImageMaskIssue.zip' were successfully uploaded.
