Ever since updating to Mac OS 10.12.1 codesign is very slow

Summary: For each codesign task in my Xcode build chain it takes multiple minutes to perform codesign. This amounts to over 10min long single build times. Steps to Reproduce: 1. I updated to Mac OS 10.12.1 2. I Build and run a project for a tvOS device 3. I wait for a very long time 4. It eventually completes over 10min later. Expected Results: It should take as long as it did to codesign as it did on Mac OS 10.12.0. Actual Results: It takes many times longer. Version: Xcode 8.0 OR 8.1 Mac OS 10.12.1
