iOS 10.3.3 Animated PNG's do not animate when using AVVideoCompositionCoreAnimationTool + AVAssetExportSession

We are using AVVideoCompositionCoreAnimationTool + AVAssetExportSession to generate an MP4 with a collection of APNG's in the video. The APNG's do not animate in the exported MP4. This has just started occurring on iOS 10.3.3. This did NOT occur in iOS 10.3.2 or earlier.
