iOS 11b7: Data Loss - Activity/Health shows inconsistent activity data based on actual data points

Summary:
Using iOS 11 beta and restoring a device downloading iCloud data it mostly works, but activity data and health data points are not consistent. See attached screenshots, where clearly the graphs and data points shows data that is not reflected in the overall activity results, which is a data loss.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Device using iOS 11b6 restored.
2 - Data downloads correctly from iCloud.
3 - Some data are clearly inconsistent between Activity and HealthKit.
4 - See screenshots and Health backup data.

Expected Results:
Data should be consistent between Health (HealthKit) and Activity.

Observed Results:
Data not consistent between Health (HealthKit) and Activity.
