Status: | Investigation complete - Unable to diagnose with current information (Closed) | Resolved: | February 8, 2019 at 3:35 PM |
Product: | StoreKit | Product Version: | iOS 11.2.1 (15C153) |
Classification: | Reproducible: |
Summary: Steps to Reproduce: - Create an auto-renew subscription - Add Pay as you go introductory price - Load the products using "SKProductsRequest" Expected Results: The subscription's "SKProduct" should have it's "introductoryPrice"'s "priceLocale" property set to a non-null value. Actual Results: The subscription's "SKProduct" has it's "introductoryPrice"'s "priceLocale" property null. (The "introductoryPrice" property *is* set to a non-null value, so the setup is correct.)

Engineering has requested the following information regarding your bug report:
There doesn’t appear to be a sysdiagnose attached, the file attached looks like a console log dump. Can you please try again to get a sysdiagnose from the device after you have reproduced the issue?
Please reproduce the issue, trigger a sysdiagnose and attach the log file to your bug report. Also, if the bug can be seen visually, please include a screenshot and or a video of the issue.
Important: Note the date and time the issue occurred and include this information in your bug report.
Note: It's important to trigger the sysdiagnose process as soon as possible after the problem occurs, even if the logs can’t be synced off the device until later.
