XCode theming only affecting text editor

Summary:
When changing a theme, only the text editor changes colours, not nice on the eyes.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open XCode
Change theme

Expected Results:
Everything changes to a dark theme (Maybe except for .xib and storyboard)

Actual Results:
Only the text editor changes to dark mode, negating the use!
