Allow clearing recent documents via UI or API

People are asking us how the recents on UIDocumentBrowserViewController can be cleared and especially if a device is shared, I completely understand why this is a wanted functionality. Please add API to allow clearing recent documents via UI or API. Steps to Reproduce: Download http://pdfviewer.io/ and open a PDF. Observe PDF now appears in Recents tab Look for a way to clear recents. There is none. Expected Results: Button or API (or both!) to clear recent documents Actual Results: No way to clear recent documents, unhappy users.
