Summary:
When force touching on the Lock Screen when a wallpaper that is a Live Photo is used, iOS 11 used to play the Live Photo on the Lock Screen. iOS 12 still responds with taptic feedback, but no longer plays the Live Photo.

Steps to Reproduce:
Force touch on the Lock Screen when a wallpaper that is a Live Photo is used.

Expected Results:
Live Photo plays (video).

Actual Results:
Live Photos don't play.
