Summary: CloudKit JS uses SSL certificates that aren't deprecated in Chrome, which result in a total unsuitability of CloudKit JS in Google Chrome. Here is the blog post: https://security.googleblog.com/2018/03/distrust-of-symantec-pki-immediate.html Steps to Reproduce: - Update to Chrome 66 or newer version - Go to a website that uses CloudKit JS, example: the CloudKit catalog - You should get a NETWORK_ERROR - Open Developer Tools, and look at the warning ⚠️. Expected Results: CloudKit JS should be supported correctly on Google Chrome Actual Results: CloudKit JS is unusable. Version/Build: CloudKit JS: 2 Chrome: 68.0.3440.106 Configuration: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)

I'm not an expert, but I believe the issue is caused by the SSL provider (DigiCert), which was acquired by Symantec. By switching to another SSL certificate provider, the issue would be fixed
