WKWebView uses tintColor for cursor and selected text

I'm not sure if this is the result of a bug fix, or a regression, but in iOS 12.1, WKWebView uses the system default blue system color for the cursor and selected text color. As of iOS 12.2, it now uses whatever the current tintColor happens to be as the cursor and selected text color.
