Bluetooth pair popup auto dismisses and doesn't showup on retry after timeout

Tried to pair the Apple Watch with the bluetooth device and ignored multiple pair pop ups for 30 minutes and then tried to pair again with the same bluetooth device. From now on, there is no pair pop up on the watch.
