MKMapView stop-sign pattern on max zoom

Summary: When using MKMapView with MKMapTypeSatellite, max zoom level displays a "stop-sign" pattern instead of map tiles. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any MKMapView with MKMapTypeSatellite imagery. 2. Zoom to max level. 3. Attempt to zoom past max zoom level. Expected Results: Map tiles should not change and zoom level will not change. Actual Results: Map tiles change to tiled "stop-sign" pattern.
