OS X SDK: iTunes Test Account opens App Store app with

I'm not totally sure how/when it happens but my guess is that storeagent "remembers" I was previously connected with a German Account and thus when I log in with a US test user instead of starting the app (with prices in USD) it opens the App Store app with the (almost) blank page and this error message.
