Product:iOS Product Version:9.3
Classification:UI/Usability Reproducible:Always

Summary:
When doing an iOS update after the device reboots a screen is presented to do some iCloud migration (I guess). While having the iPad Pro on my desk tucked to the Keyboard the screen is only available in portrait mode so I had to turn my head.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do an iOS Update
2. Turn the iPad in Landscape mode

Expected Results:
Screen should rotate

Actual Results:
Screen enforces portrait
