xCode 7.2.1 Core Data/Fetch Requests/Not able to add an Expression

For Core Data under Fetch Requests when attempting to create an Expression, there's no option for expression and you must select ANY and switch off the current Fetch Request and back onto the current Fetch Request for the UI to update and change the ANY to an EXPRESSION and allow you to enter a value for the expression.
