Russian News Radio on Apple TV ?

Summary: 3rd generation Apple TV  in the Radio App under News/ Talk Radio there are approx 9 stations listed at the very top titled "128" and all of them are some sort of Russian propaganda radio.

Steps to Reproduce:
Radio > News/Talk Radio > all the "128" stations (verified on multiple apple tv devices on different networks and different geographic locations)
