Summary: Sometimes after rebooting the system the integrated FaceTime HD camera is not available to applications like FaceTime.app or Cisco Meeting.app. When rebooting the option to reopen windows is selected. Usually another reboot fixes the problem. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Reboot the system. Expected Results: The integrated FaceTime HD camera should be available as usual. Actual Results: The integrated FaceTime HD camera is not available to applications. Version/Build: macOS 10.13.5 (17F59b) Developer Beta 3 Configuration: I'm experiencing this issue on a MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2012). I have "Open at login" set for two applications that use the camera, Cisco Meeting.app and Skype for Business.app.
