Incorrect segmented control displayed at higher resolutions in toolbars

If you have an NSSegmentedControl in a toolbar (eg in AddressBook) and set the scale factor to anything other than 1.0 the control changes to an Aqua control rather than the grey gradient control at a 1.0 scale factor.
