UITabBar should have a tintColor Property

The UINavigationBar and UISearchBar have a tintColor property which allows the programmer to change the base color of the object.  It would be very helpful if the UITabBar had this property as well.  Without it, quite a bit of work must be done (subclassing the UITabBar, etc).
