Xcode VCS integration should support Mercurial

Summary:
Xcode's built-in support for version-control should support Mercurial as well as Subversion and other VCSs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a project.
2. Get Info on the project object.
3. Click “Configure Roots & SCM…”.
4. Attempt to select Mercurial as the SCM system (VCS) for the project.

Expected Results:
I successfully select Mercurial as the VCS for the project.

Actual Results:
Mercurial is not listed.

Regression:
None. Xcode has never supported Mercurial.

My version of this radar item is 8102046. One question is, what happens if you have both git and hg repos in the same folder?
