Calendar birthday icon missing on iOS 5 for iPhone/iPod

Summary: The calendar icon that appeared on birthdays in iOS 4 is missing in iOS 5. There is just a blank space where it used to be. 24-Jun-2011 11:52 PM Mike Beasley: I have just updated to iOS 5.0b2 and the issue still exists. The birthday icon is not present on the iPhone 4 and iPod 4th-gen. I have confirmed that this issue does not affect the iPad in beta 2. 11-Jul-2011 11:48 PM Mike Beasley: Issue still exists in beta 3.
